Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and deployment.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Rust. Experience with GPU acceleration (CUDA) and distributed systems is essential.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing complex technical projects from conception to delivery.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex algorithmic challenges and optimize system performance under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
