Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Lead the technical vision and architecture for 2026, defining the integration of next-gen AI models into core products.
- System Design: Design robust, scalable, and secure machine learning pipelines and infrastructure to handle high-volume data processing.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Innovation & Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating emerging technologies (e.g., LLMs, Edge AI) to drive continuous improvement.
- Optimization: Oversee the performance tuning and optimization of neural networks and data models to ensure real-time latency reduction.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in software engineering with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Architecture: Proven experience designing distributed systems and large-scale machine learning architectures.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse, high-performance engineering teams.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
