Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical vision for AI infrastructure, identifying emerging trends (e.g., Neuromorphic computing, AGI readiness) to integrate into our 2026 roadmap.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the deployment of scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines using cutting-edge frameworks.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a diverse team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, code excellence, and continuous learning.
- Model Optimization: Drive the optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI workflows for real-time, high-volume applications.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and security experts to ensure AI solutions are ethically sound, secure, and aligned with business objectives.
- Technical Evangelism: Represent Nexus Future Labs at industry conferences, sharing insights on the future of AI in the 2026 era.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years leading AI/ML architecture and team management.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Kubernetes. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is required.
- AI Specialization: Proven track record in developing, training, and deploying complex neural networks for enterprise applications.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous, high-complexity technical challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
