Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance neural network architectures for the 2026 Horizon ecosystem.
- Lead the research and development of novel Deep Learning algorithms to improve inference speed and accuracy.
- Mentor a team of senior AI engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, security experts, and UX designers.
- Define technical roadmaps and ensure best practices in MLOps and model deployment.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in Generative AI and Transformer models.
- Oversee the evaluation of model performance and drive continuous optimization strategies.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Extensive experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models into production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP/Azure), and Kubernetes.
- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
