Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable AI models and infrastructure for the 2026 roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Establish best practices for code quality, system architecture, and deployment pipelines to ensure high availability and performance.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Conduct technical assessments and provide strategic guidance on emerging technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Ensure all systems adhere to strict security, privacy, and regulatory compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead architectural role.
- Deep expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proven track record of designing large-scale distributed systems.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence technical strategy and drive consensus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail in system optimization.
