Responsibilities
- Architect Vision: Design and implement the core AI infrastructure roadmap for the 2026 transition, focusing on scalability and ethical AI deployment.
- System Design: Lead the development of high-performance distributed systems using Python, TensorFlow, and emerging quantum computing frameworks.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with C-level executives to define technical strategies that align with long-term business goals.
- R&D: Explore and prototype novel algorithms to solve complex problems in natural language processing and computer vision.
- Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to strict data privacy and security standards (GDPR, CCPA).
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect or Principal Engineer role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Neural Networks. Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Architecture: Proven track record of designing fault-tolerant, microservices-based architectures.
- Future Tech: Experience with or deep curiosity regarding Quantum Computing and Edge AI is highly desirable.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
