Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, scalable AI architectures for next-generation applications.
- Lead a team of talented engineers and data scientists in research and development initiatives.
- Translate complex business requirements into innovative technical solutions using modern AI frameworks.
- Ensure system performance, security, and compliance with global data regulations.
- Drive the roadmap for AI adoption, evaluating emerging technologies for future integration.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven experience designing microservices and distributed systems at scale.
- Strong understanding of deep learning, natural language processing, or computer vision.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
