Responsibilities
- Architect scalable solutions for 2026-era AI/ML systems and quantum computing integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype technologies with 3-year deployment roadmaps
- Conduct foresight research on emerging tech trends (neuromorphic chips, biocomputing, etc.)
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI and autonomous system deployment
- Collaborate with C-suite to align technical strategy with 2026 business objectives
- Drive innovation through quarterly hackathons and R&D sprints
Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or next-gen AI frameworks
- Proven track record of deploying 5+ large-scale futuristic projects
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Strong publication record in IEEE or Nature journals on future technologies
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q#, Qiskit)
