Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical strategy and architecture for the 2026 product suite, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable microservices and cloud-native solutions on AWS/Azure.
- Mentor and coach senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Drive the integration of AI/ML capabilities into core infrastructure to enhance performance and automation.
- Collaborate with product management and cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and compliance across all production environments.
- Conduct code reviews and architectural assessments to maintain high code quality and standardization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and system architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and high-availability design patterns.
- Experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with modern programming languages such as Go, Python, Java, or Rust.
- Proven track record of leading teams through large-scale technical transformations.
