Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Lead the end-to-end technical strategy for our core systems, ensuring scalability and performance for the 2026 roadmap.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Tech Stack Evaluation: Continuously evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Cloud, Edge Computing) to keep our infrastructure ahead of the curve.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Best Practices: Establish and enforce engineering standards, code reviews, and architectural guidelines across the organization.
- Disaster Recovery: Design and implement comprehensive failover strategies and disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
Qualifications
- Experience: 12+ years of experience in software engineering or systems architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex technical problems and make data-driven architectural decisions.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile Mindset: Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and adapting to rapid changes.
