Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision and roadmap for the 2026 product cycle.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing engineering team of 10+ developers.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Drive the integration of emerging technologies, including AI and machine learning models.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, architecture patterns, and best practices.
- Conduct regular code reviews and technical architecture assessments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and microservices.
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, Java, Go, or TypeScript).
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, enterprise-level projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
