We are seeking a visionary Lead 2026 Horizon Architect to define the technological roadmap for the next decade. Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the comprehensive 2026 Horizon vision, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Lead research and development initiatives focused on emerging technologies such as Quantum Computing, Advanced AI, and Edge Computing.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to translate strategic vision into actionable, scalable roadmaps.
- Identify, evaluate, and prototype potential technology partnerships and acquisitions.
- Present complex technical concepts and futuristic strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the engineering department.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or strategic technology roles.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations or product launches.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong strategic planning capabilities with a demonstrated ability to forecast industry trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
