Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Vision: Create a comprehensive strategic roadmap for artificial intelligence, identifying emerging trends and technologies that will define the next decade.
- Architect Next-Gen Solutions: Lead the design and implementation of scalable AI architectures, focusing on Generative AI, Predictive Analytics, and Autonomous Systems.
- Lead High-Performance Teams: Mentor and manage a diverse team of AI engineers, data scientists, and researchers to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Ensure Ethical AI: Establish governance frameworks and ethical guidelines to ensure responsible AI development and deployment.
- Drive R&D Innovation: Spearhead research initiatives that push the boundaries of what is currently possible in machine learning and cognitive computing.
Qualifications
- Advanced Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in AI engineering or product development, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and large-scale distributed systems architecture.
- Future-Proofing: Proven track record of anticipating industry shifts and successfully implementing long-term technical strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling business narratives for stakeholders.
