Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and maintain local area networks (LAN) and wireless network infrastructure.
- Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity and security.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Respond to help desk tickets and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the network engineering team to optimize system performance.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting network connectivity and hardware failures.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by the shift schedule.
