Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone and email regarding hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstations, printers, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity problems and resolve common IT tickets.
- Monitor inventory levels for IT equipment and perform routine system updates during off-hours.
- Document all technical issues, solutions, and user interactions in the helpdesk system.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team to implement new software solutions and security patches.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows 10/11 and macOS) and office applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse teams.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and complete technical certifications.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a regular basis.
