Responsibilities
- Architect and manage a secure, high-performance IT infrastructure for all Olympic venues and athlete villages.
- Lead the enterprise cybersecurity strategy, ensuring protection against sophisticated threats and DDoS attacks.
- Oversee the deployment and integration of 5G networks for fan zones, broadcast, and operational logistics.
- Collaborate with global vendors to deliver cutting-edge technology solutions within strict budget constraints.
- Develop and execute comprehensive disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Manage IT budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT leadership experience, preferably in large-scale events, government, or critical infrastructure sectors.
- Certification: CISSP, CISM, or PMP is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar technology budgets and large teams.
- Expert knowledge of network security, cloud computing (AWS/Azure), and data center operations.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to navigate high-pressure environments.
