- Build strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 enterprises and academic institutions
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budgets with ROI optimization
- Mentor next-gen engineers through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership within tech sector
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products (2018-2025)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Harvard Business Review
- Experience scaling innovation teams from 5 to 50+ members
- Patent portfolio or significant IP contributions required
