- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CIPM, SCAMPI) or futures studies
- Exceptional communication skills for C-suite stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-focused initiatives
