Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in future forecasting methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Track record of launching successful future-oriented products/services
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, IXL) preferred
- Experience with agile methodologies for long-term innovation cycles
