You'll pioneer methodologies for long-term horizon scanning and scenario planning while building a culture of radical innovation.
Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ innovation roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional initiatives for emerging tech adoption (AI, quantum, bio-convergence)
- Develop strategic scenarios for market disruption and competitive positioning
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to pilot implementation
- Build external partnerships with startups, research institutions, and think tanks
- Present innovation insights to executive board and investors
- Drive cultural transformation to embed future-readiness across organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Future Studies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Demonstrable success in scaling innovation programs
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
