- Partner with policy think tanks to shape ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
- Drive agile prototyping of climate-positive solutions in our nanotechnology labs
- Mentor next-gen talent in our Future Leadership Academy
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation with portfolio of 2020+ launches
- Expertise in convergent tech: quantum computing, synthetic biology, and distributed ledgers
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record scaling ventures from concept to $100M+ ARR
- Certified in AI Ethics (IEEE 7000) and Circular Economy Design
- Published author in Nature Futures or equivalent peer-reviewed journal
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, and Python
