Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute 2026-focused innovation roadmaps

- Secure and allocate innovation budgets exceeding $5M annually
- Mentor a diverse team of 15+ specialists in next-generation tech domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI, biotech, quantum computing, or sustainable energy
- Advanced degree in STEM field or equivalent industry certifications
- Exceptional strategic planning with P&L responsibility experience
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry forums
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
