Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in C-suite roles
- Proven track record scaling R&D from concept to market
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent disruption
- Published research in Nature/Science journals
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks
- Successful exits from two tech ventures
- Fluency in Mandarin and German for global partnerships
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing stacks
