Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmap across AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Forge strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through compelling stakeholder presentations
- Drive patent portfolio development targeting 15+ new innovations
- Present annual innovation strategy to C-suite and board of directors
- Mentor junior talent through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Strong financial acumen and budget management experience
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or conferences
- Fluency in English and one additional language preferred
