Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation strategy, aligning with company vision and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams (AI, Biotech, Sustainability) to incubate and scale breakthrough concepts
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 5-10 year market potential
- Develop patent portfolios and IP protection frameworks for novel innovations
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and global tech pioneers
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor talent in future-focused methodologies and adaptive leadership
Qualifications
- 15+ years in innovation, R&D, or strategic foresight with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products/services post-2020
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: Quantum Computing, Synthetic Biology, or Neurotech
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business with specialization in innovation
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFSD) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation lifecycle management
