- Secure strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Present innovation frameworks to board stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of scaling breakthrough products from concept to market
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, or quantum computing)
- Strategic planning experience with 5+ year horizon planning
- Exceptional stakeholder management across executive, technical, and investor audiences
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business preferred
- Portfolio of delivered innovations creating >$100M in value
