- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and market disruptors
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of calculated risk-taking
- Drive commercialization of pilot projects into market-ready products
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 market-disrupting solutions
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience with futures forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Strong financial acumen for innovation budget management ($5M+)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder management
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative problem-solving at scale
