Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support for hardware, software, and network issues on weekends.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and security patches.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new devices for incoming staff.
- Collaborate with the full-time engineering team to improve weekend workflows.
- Maintain a clean and organized server room and workspaces.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and internet protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel.
