Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the strategic vision for technology integration by the year 2026, focusing on AI, Quantum Readiness, and Web3.
• Oversee R&D initiatives to prototype and validate next-generation infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional executive teams to align technical roadmaps with business growth objectives.
• Establish ethical guidelines and security frameworks for emerging tech adoption.
• Mentor high-performing engineering teams to foster a culture of innovation.
• Conduct market analysis to identify disruptive technologies that could impact our sector.
• Drive the transition of legacy systems to scalable, future-proof architectures.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s or PhD preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior technical leadership or architectural roles.
• Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Computing ecosystems.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformations.
• Strong understanding of quantum computing trends and their potential business applications.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
