Responsibilities

- Lead high-performance teams in researching and developing Quantum AI and Neural Interface prototypes.
- Identify emerging technological trends (e.g., AGI, Holographic Computing) and evaluate their commercial viability.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure funding and resources for ambitious innovation projects.
- Establish partnerships with leading universities and research institutions for collaborative breakthroughs.
- Oversee intellectual property strategy to protect our technological innovations.
- Drive a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping within the engineering department.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior strategic role.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar R&D budgets and high-performance engineering teams.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and emerging quantum technologies.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present to diverse audiences including investors and technical staff.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment is highly preferred.
