Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Horizon 2026 Strategic Roadmap, identifying emerging technologies that will disrupt our industry.
- Lead high-level R&D initiatives in AI, Quantum, and Bio-Tech convergence to secure competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate visionary concepts into actionable product development strategies.
- Identify and acquire strategic patents and intellectual property in frontier technology sectors.
- Establish partnerships with leading universities and research institutions globally.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategy, or product development.
- Deep expertise in Emerging Technologies (AI, Machine Learning, Quantum Mechanics, or Blockchain).
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar R&D budgets and leading cross-functional teams.
- Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, or PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
