Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Lead the integration of next-generation technologies, including Generative AI, Edge Computing, and sustainable infrastructure solutions.
- Identify emerging trends and disruptive technologies to provide a competitive edge in the market.
- Oversee a team of world-class architects and engineers to prototype and validate high-impact solutions.
- Establish governance frameworks to ensure data security, scalability, and ethical AI implementation.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and board members.
- Foster a culture of continuous innovation and experimentation within the engineering organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, product strategy, or engineering management, with at least 5 years in a senior executive capacity.
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies, with a specific focus on AI/ML, Blockchain, or Future-of-Work platforms.
- Proven history of leading digital transformations and delivering innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset focused on long-term value creation.
