Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for Nexus Innovations, specifically aligning with the goals and trends projected for 2026.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
- Innovation Management: Identify emerging technologies, trends, and methodologies (AI, Quantum Readiness, Edge Computing) and assess their applicability to our core business.
- Technical Architecture: Oversee the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and future-proof technical architectures that support our growth trajectory.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for stakeholders, investors, and partners to secure buy-in for ambitious projects.
- Roadmap Alignment: Ensure all technology initiatives are tightly integrated with business objectives and market demands.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), distributed systems, and modern programming languages (Python, Go, Rust).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining and executing technology roadmaps with a focus on long-term impact.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical audiences.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and pivot strategies based on emerging market data.
