Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Product Roadmap aligned with business objectives and emerging trends.
- Lead the research and development of next-generation technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Spatial Computing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding engineering, design, and productâto translate visionary concepts into executable strategies.
- Identify and assess high-potential markets for the 2026 timeframe, providing data-driven insights to executive leadership.
- Establish partnerships with key industry players and academic institutions to foster innovation.
- Mentor a team of futurists and strategists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and radical innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within the Technology or Software industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in Strategic Planning and Futuristic Technology forecasting.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, Blockchain, and Cloud infrastructure.
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and lead teams through complex, long-term projects.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred.
