Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with our long-term business objectives, identifying key breakthroughs needed by 2026.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor and evaluate emerging tech trends (AI, Web3, Quantum, Biotech) to predict market shifts and competitive advantages.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with C-Suite executives to translate futuristic concepts into executable quarterly strategies.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee the allocation of resources for experimental technologies that may not yield immediate ROI but are critical for 2026 survival and growth.
- Stakeholder Communication: Articulate complex future-tech concepts to investors, board members, and the development team with clarity and impact.
- Partnerships: Forge alliances with leading research institutions and tech pioneers to gain early access to 2026-ready technologies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Product Management, or Executive Consulting within the Technology sector.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of successfully navigating complex business landscapes and defining long-term roadmaps (3+ year horizon).
- Tech Acumen: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically AI, Machine Learning, and Next-Gen Computing trends.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence executive decision-making.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical jargon for diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
