Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Create a comprehensive vision for emerging technologies, including Generative AI and Edge Computing.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research projects that explore and validate future tech stacks for commercial application.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and evaluate acquisition targets, startups, and academic collaborations to fuel innovation.
- Team Leadership: Recruit and mentor a high-performing team of futurists, data scientists, and system architects.
- Budget & Resource Management: Oversee the allocation of capital toward long-term research and development projects.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with C-suite executives to align technology goals with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years in leadership roles within the Tech industry, with at least 5 years specifically in AI or Future Tech strategy.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of cloud architecture, machine learning frameworks, and blockchain technologies.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of turning abstract concepts into viable product roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights for stakeholders.
- Agile Mindset: Experience leading teams through rapid technological shifts and market disruptions.
