Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for our technology stack, identifying emerging trends (AI, Neural Interfaces, Quantum) to integrate into our core products.
- Strategic Innovation: Oversee the research and development of cutting-edge prototypes and proof-of-concepts for future market releases.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to align technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Patent & IP Strategy: Spearhead initiatives to secure intellectual property for breakthrough technologies.
- Talent Acquisition: Recruit and mentor top-tier engineers and data scientists passionate about futuristic problem-solving.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical strategies into clear, actionable insights for investors and non-technical stakeholders.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global technology landscapes to identify threats and opportunities for market dominance.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in a senior technical leadership role, with at least 5 years in strategic planning or R&D management.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Blockchain, or Quantum Computing architectures.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technology visions that result in market growth.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to lead diverse teams and drive projects from concept to execution.
- Adaptability: High comfort level with rapid change and emerging technologies.
