We are seeking a visionary Head of Digital Strategy & Experience to lead our digital transformation and ensure the LA 2026 Games are the most connected, engaging, and technologically advanced in history.
In this pivotal role, you will define the digital vision that connects athletes, fans, and stakeholders globally. You will oversee the strategy, architecture, and execution of our digital ecosystem, leveraging cutting-edge technology to create unforgettable experiences.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the comprehensive digital strategy for the LA 2026 Games, aligning technology with business objectives.
- Experience Design: Lead the end-to-end digital experience roadmap, ensuring seamless integration across web, mobile, social, and emerging technologies.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with executive leadership, operational teams, and external vendors to drive digital initiatives.
- Tech Innovation: Identify and implement emerging technologies (AR/VR, AI, IoT) to enhance fan engagement and operational efficiency.
- Performance Optimization: Drive data-driven decision-making to optimize digital performance, user acquisition, and conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in digital strategy, product management, or technology leadership, preferably within large-scale events or enterprise organizations.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and leading high-stakes projects to successful completion.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of digital ecosystems, CMS platforms, and cloud infrastructure.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- Passion: A strong passion for sports and the Olympic movement.
