Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive AI roadmap aligned with company vision.Lead cross-functional teams in research, development, and production deployment.Identify emerging technologies (e.g., LLMs, Neural Interfaces) and assess their business impact.Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech leaders.Ensure ethical AI practices, governance, and regulatory compliance.Present technical strategies to the C-Suite and board of directors.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Tech Strategy.Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering and product teams.Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.Deep understanding of Generative AI architectures and large-scale training.Exceptional communication skills and executive presence.
