Responsibilities
- Strategic Visioning: Develop and articulate a comprehensive AI strategy for 2026, focusing on scalability, ethical AI, and market disruption.

- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for high-stakes initiatives.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performance team of strategists and data scientists.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global trends in AI, machine learning, and automation to identify competitive advantages.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or a related high-tech sector, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of current AI trends (LLMs, Neural Networks) and future projections for 2026.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into clear, compelling narratives.
