Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive long-term technology strategy for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in Generative AI, Computer Vision, and Quantum Computing.
- Identify emerging market trends and integrate disruptive technologies into our core product ecosystem.
- Oversee the evaluation and adoption of cutting-edge hardware and software stacks.
- Foster a culture of innovation, mentorship, and technical excellence within the engineering department.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate complex technical visions to non-technical leadership.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategic planning, or senior software engineering.
- Proven track record of leading teams through major digital transformations and product launches.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning architectures.
- Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and strategic foresight.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast industry shifts and competitive landscapes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive-level presentations.
