- Strategic Innovation: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (GenAI, Quantum Computing, Edge AI) and assess their potential impact on our business model.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives, engineering teams, and product divisions to integrate AI strategies into core business operations.
- Resource Allocation: Direct budget planning and resource allocation for high-impact R&D projects aimed at the 2026 timeline.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global tech trends and competitor advancements to maintain a competitive advantage in the AI sector.
- Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives to foster a culture of digital transformation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, AI/ML, or digital transformation, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning algorithms, and data science architectures.
- Future-Focused Mindset: Proven track record of identifying trends 3-5 years ahead and translating them into actionable business strategies.
- Executive Presence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on solving complex business problems through technology.
