Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 AI Strategy roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to drive innovation.
- Oversee the development and deployment of scalable Machine Learning models and neural architectures.
- Identify emerging AI trends and technologies (e.g., Agentic AI, Multimodal Learning) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Establish best practices for data governance, ethics in AI, and model transparency.
- Present technical strategies and roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of leadership roles (Director or VP level) within high-growth tech environments.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern Deep Learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI models, NLP, and computer vision technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field is preferred.
