Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company’s long-term technological roadmap with a primary focus on the 2026 vision and post-scarcity economic models.
- Lead R&D initiatives to prototype and validate next-generation AI architectures and neural interfaces.
- Identify and assess disruptive market trends, providing strategic foresight to the executive board.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation, encouraging cross-pollination of ideas between engineering, design, and strategy departments.
- Manage high-stakes budget allocations for future-tech projects, ensuring maximum ROI and resource efficiency.
- Establish thought leadership by publishing white papers and speaking at industry conferences on the future of AI.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior leadership roles within the tech industry, with a specific focus on AI strategy.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling AI-driven products or platforms.
- Deep technical literacy regarding Large Language Models, Machine Learning Ops (MLOps), and emerging quantum algorithms.
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, capable of influencing diverse stakeholders.
- Experience navigating complex regulatory environments and ethical frameworks in AI development.
