Responsibilities
- Architect the company-wide AI strategy for the 2026 product cycle, focusing on autonomous agent workflows and multi-modal AI integration.
- Lead a high-performing team of ML engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Oversee the R&D pipeline for next-generation generative models and proprietary AI frameworks.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to identify high-impact use cases for AI automation.
- Define ethical guidelines and safety protocols for autonomous AI systems.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in Generative AI and Quantum AI convergence.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in machine learning algorithms, natural language processing (NLP), and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Proven track record of scaling AI products from prototype to production environment.
- Strong understanding of LLM architecture, fine-tuning, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
