Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning long-term R&D goals with business objectives.
- Lead the integration of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) prototypes into core product lines.
- Oversee research into Quantum-Safe Cryptography and post-quantum computing architectures.
- Identify and prototype emerging hardware interfaces, including AR/VR and haptic feedback systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to bridge the gap between futuristic concepts and market-ready solutions.
- Manage a team of senior engineers and futurists dedicated to predictive technology analysis.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in executive leadership, product strategy, or R&D within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies or leading major digital transformations.
- Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks, Blockchain, and Quantum Mechanics principles.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
