Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Vision for Apex Horizon Labs, aligning technology trends with business objectives.
- Lead a high-performing Innovation Lab focused on emerging technologies, including generative AI, quantum computing interfaces, and autonomous systems.
- Identify and mitigate strategic risks associated with rapid technological evolution.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure budget and resources for long-term R&D initiatives.
- Foster a culture of continuous experimentation and 'future-proofing' across all departments.
- Oversee the integration of predictive analytics to forecast market shifts and consumer behavior.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology leadership, with at least 3 years in a senior executive or director-level role.
- Proven track record of navigating and leading organizations through major digital transformation milestones.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Exceptional ability to translate complex futuristic concepts into clear, actionable business strategies.
- Strong network within the tech innovation and venture capital ecosystems.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
