- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Develop and maintain a comprehensive strategic vision for the company's technological evolution over the next three years.

- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging market trends, competitor movements, and disruptive technologies to inform executive decision-making.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to align innovation goals with business objectives.
- Resource Allocation: Direct budget planning and resource distribution for innovation labs and R&D projects.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in strategic management, technology consulting, or executive leadership roles.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering; MBA preferred.
- Tech Proficiency: Strong understanding of emerging technologies, including AI, Blockchain, and Edge Computing.
