- Secure $50M+ in funding for next-gen incubation programs
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or equivalent with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record in scaling exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Deep expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST standards)
- Experience securing federal grants and international innovation funding
- Public speaking record at Davos, Web Summit, or equivalent forums
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technology implications
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
