Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science or Futuristics with 8+ years in tech strategy
- Published research in quantum machine learning or neuro-interfaces
- Proven track record scaling emerging tech from prototype to market
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Proficiency in predictive modeling for technological convergence scenarios
